The Bismarck Airport intends to file an application with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to implement a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC). The PFC will help reimburse local Airport funds for improvements projects at the Bismarck Airport in Bismarck, ND. The application for the PFC is done in accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Part 158 “Passenger Facility Charges.” This notice is intended to give adequate time for public review and comment of the identified projects on the proposed PFC application. The Airport intends to use the PFC funds to finance eligible projects and to reimburse the airport fund for the local share of airport projects.
