

A series of non-airside parcels along Airline Terminal Drive, the primary entrance into the passenger terminal complex, are available for development. Already situated in the nine acre tract is the FAA Airways and Facilities offices. The master plan has recommended that the primary entrance to the terminal will eventually be relocated to the north side of these non-airside parcels, allowing the existing roadway to exclusively serve these tenants. While the area has not been subdivided, the typical parcel size which can be expected to range from 1.5 to 3.0 acres, with the potential for creating a larger parcel if desired. The parcels are available for long-term leasing. All necessary utilities are in place.
The location offers high visibility from University Drive and the existing or future entrance to the passenger terminal area. The terminal is projected to handle nearly a half million annual passengers by the year 2015.
