

Two locations on the airport have been reserved for corporate hangar development. On the north side of the airfield, 12 acres are available adjacent to the existing T-hangar facilities. An extension of the Bravo Taxiway will provide access to these sites. Individual parcels averaging 250 x 300 feet will provide ample space to construct hangars with 25-25,000 square feet of floor area and area for automobile parking. Smaller individual hangar sites are available immediately adjacent to this area. Vehicular access is provided from Airway Avenue, with a new roadway to be constructed on an extension of 26th Street. A total of six corporate parcels are currently available. If necessary, the site can easily be doubled (after Runway 17-35 is closed) to provide additional parcels, or parcels can be combined to provide a larger site.
A second location has also been provided for corporate hangar development at the south end of the airfield. However, development of these parcels will be contingent upon elevating or relocating the air traffic control tower, which is included in the current master plan. A total of eight parcels will be available for long-term leasing.
