BISMARCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL SITE

A 40 acre parcel adjacent to Yegen Road at the south end of the airport property has been designated for commercial/industrial use. The site is located immediately south of the existing end of Runway 31, and is projected to be accessible from a proposed extension of the parallel taxiway to this runway. Utilities will need to be extended into this site, based upon tenant needs. Since the site is not required for aviation purposes, it is available for long-term leasing.

The Army National Guard facilities are located immediately northwest of this site. No other land uses have been proposed for this area.
