While several of the parcels are available for immediate leasing, full development of this area will be contingent upon closure of the north-south runway on the airfield (Runway 17-35), which is scheduled to occur by the year 2000. Several of the larger parcels have potential taxiway access, and would provide excellent locations for aircraft manufacturing or maintenance activities. Areas immediately adjacent to these parcels are being planned for air cargo and corporate hangar development. This location offers high visibility from Airway Avenue and 26th Street. Primary access will be provided by an extension of 26th Street, which provides convenient access to the City of Bismarck and the Bismarck Expressway.
